In her book, painter and poet Irina Cerha brings her pictures and poems into conversation with each other. Neither does the picture illustrate the text, nor does the text interpret the picture.
Rather, a dialogue arises between the two forms of expression, in which perception is condensed and perhaps also opens up to new, surprising readings and perspectives. It aims to encourage readers not only to understand it, but also to continue it in their own way.
The book is published by Triton Verlag and will be available for the first time on this evening.
