Study day/Ways into our time – Friedrich Cerha as an interpreter
University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna
Institute for Musicology and Interpretation Research
Study day in co-operation with the Archiv der Zeitgenossen, Krems
The study day is dedicated to the eminently significant role that Friedrich Cerha has played in Austrian music history over many years as an interpreter of old, new and contemporary music, not least as co-founder of the ensemble die reihe. In a panel discussion and concert, fellow travellers, students and performers will discuss Cerha’s interpretations and the interpretation of his own works.
